Demon Apocalypse is my first book of the semester. It is about sorcerers tryng to defend the human world from demons whose proper name is Demonata they think of humans as a stain to the universes. They think that they are better than humans because they've been around longer and because in acient times humans were defended by Old Creatures which were magical beings. But they couldn't defend them forever so they left the humans to fend for themselves or be wiped from exsistance. The new defenders of humans are called The Disciples they are humans with special abilities and are the only people who can help since demons can only be killed by magic. What Ilike about this book is the great adventure it tells it is very intertaining. What I don't like about the book is the end because the main character Grubbs has kill his own brother to save the world from the demons.
After I finished that book I started reading the sequel to the book, The Demonata: Death's Shadow what I like about that book is that it continues the story that finished from a different point of view who is a girl called Bec who had been dead for a millenium and six centuries and then took over Grubbs' dead brother's body and reshaped to her own.
